Materials (and/or Materials containing copyrighted contents), which Advertisers are not authorized to use, or promote;

Materials containing nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or depicting explicit sexual activity;

Materials with graphic or gratuitous violence;

Materials featuring extreme violence and brutality, and/or depicting or endorsing acts that cause or are intended to cause excessive pain or suffering;

Materials inciting national, racial and confessional hatred and dissension;

Materials heating or encouraging terrorism;

Materials inciting a war and advocating a war;

Materials promoting intolerance or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, political views, religion, gender or sexuality;

Materials containing ethnic propaganda or other offensive material which attacks or demeans a group or an individual;

Materials promoting invasion into privacy;

Materials disparaging governments or politicians;

Materials containing information that is a state secret or any other secret protected by law;

Materials showing minors in an exploitative or abusive light;

Materials showing cruelty to animals;

Materials showing distressing audiovisual content;

Materials that encourage illegal, dangerous or harmful activities;

Materials that contain viruses or harmful code;

Materials linking to websites that contain illegal or inappropriate materials, including those specified in these Terms of Ads Placement;

Materials containing alcohol products, beer and beverages based on it;

Materials promoting or endorsing the use of drugs, drug paraphernalia or other addictive substances;

Materials promoting tobacco or tobacco-related products, as well as smoking accessories, including pipes, hookahs, cigarette paper, lighters and other similar products;

Materials promoting medical services of artificial pregnancy abortion;

Materials of military purpose and weapons;

Materials promoting prostitution;

Materials promoting gambling;

Any materials that are prohibited as advertisement by legislation of certain territory – for such territory.
